Greetings!

I'm a wife and mom of  a boy, 9 and a girl, 6.  I own and operate a child care business from my home in Massachusetts.  I love being at home with all the children, and running my own business gives me the freedom to be my own boss and enjoy perks and benefits that I wouldn't otherwise get from a 9 to 5 job.  

I joined this site because I love to read and have accumulated many paperbacks over the years that I would like to share.  I am looking to get to know other avid readers, to explore other genres of literature both fiction and non fiction, and to maybe make a friend or two!  

My favorite kinds of books to read are murder mysteries, romances, and historical fiction, specifically love stories set in the past.  Favorite authors include Anita Shreve, Stephen King, James Patterson, Sandra Brown, Mary Higgins Clark, James Grippando, and Dan Brown.  There are many others on my favorite list, but these guys and gals top it. 

Besides reading, I enjoy traveling, gardening, decorating, cooking, pets, and spending time with my friends.    I especially love every minute with my awesome husband and wonderful kids.  They are my everything and I love them so much!
